It’s simple guys. @Reddiered07 has been on this forum for quite sometime and he knows well about the draws.

To explain in simple words- if draw happens at 8 am Ottawa time, it will show 8 am on the site but it gets published on the site after some time may be after few minutes or hours.

That's the time of the actual draw. It then took a couple of hours to upload to the website. Why don't people understand this!?

To be honest, it doesnt matter what time the draw happen as long as it happens today. I don't think that topic is worth debating or discussing.
