For Dubai, I think you should be resident in Dubai (specifically Dubai Emirate) with an Emirate ID number. I doubt you can get from Turkey. Very stupid requests by them. For Dubai and Turkey, you should have exit and entry stamps. Send the pages as a separate doc(not within the copy of the passport). Of course you should include a cover letter with your signature on the cover letter.
They asked for color copy of all pages of my passports even blank ones, and then in a different request entry exit records from all countries I have visited or lived in , honestly I’m finding this a hassle to ask for something cic themselves couldn’t provide instructions on how to get it!!!! Unlike the police certificates and other documents that they usually mention the steps and references.
I received RQ/QAE letter, dated Dec 19. Along with the RQ form I have a letter for taking fingerprints within 30 days. On this form, it says to bring Record of Landing (IMM1000) or CoPR (IMM5688). I do not have either of these documents. I have the PR card which says the date of landing on the back. Can I still have my fingerprints taken without CoPR? Please help.

Certified fingerprint agencies may accept (they have accepted for few I know) with PR card and another piece of ID (ID documents mentioned in the letter) and the letter asking for fingerprint even if you go without letter of landing. Just call one and ask what you are supposed to bring for FP, they may not ask for COPR at all. It may depend on the agency, so you can try a few if one turns you away. But you need record of landing paper at the end of citizenship processing.

I have done that a couple of days ago in a certified agency in Montreal (~65$) , they only asked for PR and a second ID with photo and the letter. I had my COPR but I didn’t need to show it.

We were not asked to show the landing paper when my wife did the fingerprints. But as other suggested, obtain a copy, if you could, as it is an important document. Good luck.

I am sure you cannot get it from DXB nor Turkey. So you need to color copy the stamps (separate from all passports) so it would be easy for them to track exit and entry stamps rather than going through all passports. You have no other options!!!
I have looked for it everywhere. Wife vaguely remembers that we submitted the CoPRs when we applied for OHIP at ServiceOntario (possibly as a second ID or address proof)

Memory is vague, that was four years ago. Truth of the matter is I have lost the landing letter / CoPR. I am sending my application for Verification of Status/Replacement of CoPR coming week, as many on this forum suggested it is a very important document needed for life.
