The link says that I need a "original of the attestation of stay in Québec as a scholar (document issued by the Ministère de l'Éducation, du Loisir et du Sport du Québec or the Ministère de l'Enseignement supérieur, de la Recherche, de la Science et de la Technologie du Québec)"

Do I have this? How do I get this?

I am a PhD student at McGill University.
