Changing address by in-person visit

Does anyone know if I can walk-in at Regie de l'assurance Maladie office in Montreal and update my address? On the phone there is no option for that and they say I need to take a phone appointment on the website, but the calendar for appointments is booked until the end of May. I am leaving Quebec soon, and want to inform them. How can I do that?

Sounds you are going to away for a year so you shouldn’t be updating your address to a friend or family in Quebec. You are required to notify RAMQ of your absencei. Your account will be put on hold.

I didn't say I am updating my address to a friend. I want to let them know I am leaving but cannot reach them on the phone
