Did any one received invitation with CRS score less than 400? i dont see any one with less than CRS 400.
how does this system work ?

I received NOI with 330+ CRS in Feb. Received nomination in April and ITA in May. Completed Medical in June and Biometrics last week.

No your question isn't silly. The straight forward answer is based on my experience. The rather long response is that I made my earlier post based on my analysis of over 160 records in a group I belong to.
In my case I got file number in 18days and nomination 28 days after. My timeline was:
NOI letter 26 March
Accepted invitation 27 March - 1 day
AINP response 27 March - 0 day
Completed Documents sent 9 April -13 days
Documents Delivered 12 April - 3 days
File number issued 30 April -18 days
Nomination certificate 28 May - 28 days
ITA 29 May - 1 day
AOR 4 June - 5days
MEP/BIL - pending

I applied under AOS on march 7, got file no on march 11, ainp officer asked for jan to june bank statements and paystubs and 2018 T4 on friday july 5 ,sent today in email

If anyone can please update how many days it will take to get the nomination certificate

Studied in university in AB, and currently working in accounting field. I sent in my application on March 29, and got file number on April 2.

In that comfirmation email, they also mentioned this line which I don't quite understand, "This is to confirm receipt of the AINP application for the above mentioned on March 28, 2019"..
So which date should my application fall under？ April 2 the date that I got my file number or the date they mentioned here？

Today my employer got email from ainp asking for my paystubs and organization chart but i havent received any call or email yet
