Yes,she studied in Bow Valley College and got a diploma in Business Admin with a focus in Accounting. Got nominated through her job as an Accounts Payable clerk, which is NOC C.
He is the link for the selection criteria NOC 0,A,B,C and D are eligible. It is at their discretion who they nominate based on labour market information.
