I have a question about courier drivier of somebody is working as a contractor means getting paid per delivery application supported by employer : this way still works for ainp right?

Or need to be an employee to be eligible for ainp ?

I’m not 100% sure but I think you will be fine. Honestly I have very lil knowledge.

A permanent job means you have no end date on your job agreement.

Its possible. It means you only have the start date but no end date. So for contract job,I think most of them are not permanent.

I am not sure what you were trying to say here, but you should be alright if you are wondering about your eligibility as AINP. Well, at least AINP SRS Post Graduate category does not specifically look for 'Permanent' full-time worker. However, things might get complicated if you term is too short as you need to be working full time during the process.

The agreement won't have end date to it if your position is permanent. It will list out your salary (or wage), hours, responsibilities and etc.
