Got verification call on 25th. Submitted documents on 26th October as per their request. Haven't heard anything yet . Should I be worried.? I have read people getting their nomination or getting a decision couple hrs after their call. It's been 2 days here. Should I be worried?

I have applied under Skilled worker category
Got file number as well on May 11th, 2017

Same here, I applied under EDS, international graduate and got my file number on May 12, 2017. Eagerly waiting for a response. I think they ask the employer about the job duties given to you, number of hours given and the wages. I am not sure if they ask any other specific questions.

Hey everybody.
What will happen with people on the line after the rules change on January? People that submitted the application in October will have to apply again if not accepted by December or they will keep analyzing applications under 2017 rules after january 2018?

The duties on my job letter didn't match the "standard" duties of my Noc code.

can you apply again after editing your job letter ?
because next year (2018) AINP will become difficulty to apply , try to apply again this month before rules change

I suggest you to reapply and edit your job duties letter. You can Google noc code job duties and see which one best suit you then write down those duties

I can reapply because it is stated on the refusal letter. But the issue is my company will only send a standard job letter for all the employees. Even if I reapply in the same job I will get the same job letter and could be rejected again.
