You guys are lucky....Clearly, AINP is only processing Alberta Work Exp Category for the past few weeks.
Coz anyone else who applied Mid November in Post grad stream or Employer Driven has not heard anything from AINP (not even file number).
hi fellow applicants,
count me in please. application received Nov.12 under employer driven category, file number Dec.6, waiting for nomination. not quite sure how to update timelines underneath the username.

Hi vermanaman, thanks for your information. I have two questions. How do you get this information? When dose AINP finish processing Alberta Work Exp Category and start other Categories? Thanks so much. My mailbox has been worn out by my checking everyday.
haha Just to clarify - It is purely my opinion on the basis of a few people who have applied in these streams on this forum. I can be wrong. I dont know when they will finish it ...i am sure they are working on other streams too..just that it seems to be going slower than AWE.
Benq - Also since you have the file number - your nomination should come any day now. I noticed you applied earlier than some of us.

The icing on the cake is that some applicants that have applied after most of us are getting their nomination under AWE. Its like treating applicants under other categories as second class applications.
My PCC will also expire looking at these processing times..

Just my opinion, it maybe because that as per requirements, AWE has the least to scrutinize, but for the other categories, they may have to study the employers at the same time.Am I correct? Maybe the less complex the application the sooner the result will be released? But AINP should have anticipated on this volume and complexity beforehand. They should have imposed contingency plans about this but obviously they didn't! Most of us have our PC already processed. Its time to consider SINP then, they have an updated criteria about skilled category that will take effect on Jan 2nd, maybe we can try to consider it and being in Canada already can be an advantage.
This is out of dismay but we have to act hastily as there are lots of sudden changes about immigration lately.
