My brother is working as a cook for 5 months now inside alberta canada, and almost 5 yrs experienced as a cook outside canada or abroad, my question is if he is eligible to apply ainp even he only have 5 months working experienced inside alberta canada?

Looking at the date of draw (https://www.alberta.ca/ainp-processing-inventory.aspx). Seems like the next draw will be within the 23rd to 26th of the month. Anyone receiving NOI during this period? Please let me know. Thanks.
