Almost immediately like in my case. I had a good discussion with the officer and got her number so I was able to contact her directly with email as well, all through the final stages. So, I'd say it depends on the person handling your case.

No they just sent an email asking to confirm that i am still working there and asked for last three statements of earning.

They haven’t received it yet i mailed it in last Friday!
