R u waiting for AINP nomination

Hopefully this week. Some people has been waiting almost 7 months now since they applied...

i am wondering,what will happen to us who's working permit expiring nxt month??

Hi guys!!

My work permit expired
Even my extension for work permit was declined, due to Ainp not approved.
Currently got my visitors visa!
My company terminated me, under the term of rehirable!
Living in Toronto for couple weeks
Applied in January 22
What should I do now!!
Should I stay in this country or go back to india! !
Or wait till 6 month completion and see what Ainp as to respond

Did you ask your employer ? If he gets LMO for you, you can just apply for work permit extension to CIC

he applied lmo last april but it has been suspended coz im under food service

Ask now, It might cost you couple hundread bucks for advice, who knows maybe for free, but for sure its gonna make you feel better.

they can apply for open work permit, unfortunately after beeing nominated.... Thats the biggest problem

In my opinion the best way is to work of one year and then apply for CEC. It is frustration and i lost hopes on AINP

Yes...I have been waiting for nomination for almost 7 months (10 days less). I should have applied under CEC.
