Yup I have my fingerprint here In RCMP AB and I submitted it in RCMP Ottawa, I made several follow up and they informed me that it was already forwarded to CPP in Sydney

As per AINP, they have a unique way of processing for every application or case to case basis.
You will receive your nomination soon, just be positive all the time so just relax, take it easy...
