Quiting my job while applying for pr.

hi there,

I have a question concerning my application for pr. The thing is I have an open work permit and is planning on quitting my 2 year job because me and my girlfriend are going to move to bc from alberta. I recently applied for express entry but is still waiting for an invitation. If i quit my job and move to another province will this affect my application? Please help.
