Quit job after eAPR for express entry PNP HCP Ontario

I am Ontario PNP HCP. I already submitted my express entry application.
My eAPR : 8/10/2017.

I am planning to quit job and move back to my home country.

Do i need to update my changes with CIC, will my changes affect my application?

You need to inform them. I don't think it will affect your application.
