So I started the program in Sep, 2011, and got my degree April 2014. So should I put 2.5 years then? (but in this 2.5 years i had one summer off and one semester part-time).

Another question is that, just want to confirm again, if I put my BA in the Study History, even though is not my highest level of education, it asked me if i have ECA for it, if i say no, will IRCC later ask me to do the ECA? I dont wanna do ECA for my BA obtained in my home country since I have a Canadian Master degree and not getting any points for my BA. Please advise.
No, they will not typically ask you for it when it is time to upload if you choose "no", but then you don't get any points for it if there is no ECA. In your case, however, you will not get points regardless of whether you have all the ECAs in the world assessing your bachelor's degree. Because you have a Canadian master's, you can only get points for that which is your highest qualification. I have heard of a few cases where they do ask for ECA for a foreign bachelor's even if the applicant has a Canadian master's after—it's very stupid, that's why, just avoid all this and put the bachelor's in the personal history section, not in the study & languages section.
