Questions regarding police clearance certificates

Good day all,

I have a couple of questions regarding police clearance.

1. I currently reside in Dallas, TX, USA. I have obtained the police clearance certificate from my local sheriff's department (Dallas County). Do I need to request for another one from the FBI?

2. I am a citizen of India, on a non-immigrant visa in the USA. On my police clearance application to the consulate, they have asked me my current country of domicile/current domicile address. Will this be my address in India or my current address in Dallas, TX?
