I have another question ... do we have to provide details of all the holidays we have had? For example, we went to europe at the start of 2012, to vegas in the summer, to whistler later, to tofino after that and recently to portland ... is this necessary? we have photos of these things but we dont have any receipts etc...

Also, on the sponsor form it asks the cosigner to fill out information ... if we dont have a cosigner do we leave it BLANK or do we write N/A in the boxes?

NEVER leave anything blank, so put N/A

That depends. If it's because it's to present, write PRESENT in black pen.

You don't have to. But, the more you provide, the stronger your case. If you write a relationship timeline, just include every trip together. They're nosey!
