hi guys!

Im posting this topic for a friend who wants to apply for a PR here in Canada. like myself, he is also a physiotherapist whose occupation is in the 38 list. his question is if he's applying for FSW and his occupation is in the 38 list, he doesnt need an arranged employment right? what about funds? or we call it "show money"? does he need it? i cant really answer him 100% about all these questions as im not familiar myself with the rule. please advise thanks!
