Skill level A
--- University degree (bachelor’s, master’s or doctorate)
Skill level B
--- Two to three years of post-secondary education at community college, institute of technology or CÉGEP
or
--- Two to five years of apprenticeship training
or
--- Three to four years of secondary school and more than two years of on-the-job training, occupation-specific training courses or specific work experience
--- Occupations with supervisory responsibilities are also assigned to skill level B.
--- Occupations with significant health and safety responsibilities (e.g., fire fighters, police officers and licensed practical nurses) are assigned to skill level B.

If I apply for a immigration as a Software Engineer, But my education is a 2-yrs college diploma, am I valid?
Question B:
I see lots of "Software Engineer" out there in the market , they just require a diploma not a degree, do they valid for immigration ?
The Software Engineer occupation has already capped and CIC is not longer accepting applications. If you want to apply as a Software Engineer, you'll need to wait until next year and apply through Express Entry.

But just so you know, for FSW, your education is of no relevance as far as eligibility is concerned.
Its a different question altogether as to how well you would fit in the job market itself but given the fact that IT is majorly a 'skill' based sector, your experience can also substitute for qualification but it totally depends on the employer.
