I have a Computing Diploma 3 years education from University with certificate. I have a Diploma Supplement sheet to say my university ID, name, d.o.b main fields studied which are Network and Communications.

a university degree in computer engineering, in software engineering or in electrical engineering with an option in computers is usually required. A university degree in computer science may also allow entry to this occupation. Participation in co-op program internships is an asset[color]

I found out on the Determine your eligibility – Federal skilled workers page section B regarding Education
You must have:
a Canadian diploma, certificate, or credential. My certification is UK diploma which is world recognize which the Educational Credential Assessment would say is equivalent to a Canadian diploma.
