I'm trying to make a specific plan for my partner's spouse open work permit application.
I'm pgwp holder who live outside Canada. Planning to get an NOC A job next year and return to Canada. When I try to create a documents checklist package for my boyfriend of spouse open work permit on ircc, there's a question:
I'm not quite sure which one should I choose, didn't list all the options tho. I want to choose "A work permit for a spouse, common-law partner or child of a skilled worker or international student" but I'm not sure since I'm a Post graduate work permit holder with a NOC A job, does that count as a skilled worker?

Question: What type of work permit do you want to apply for
A work permit with a Labour Market Impact Assessment
A work permit under an international agreement
A work permit for a spouse, common-law partner or child of a skilled worker or international student
A post graduate work permit
A work permit with a Labour Market Impact Assessment exemption
