Hey Guys, I'm trying to apply for the extension of my open work permit, I studied in Canada for 2 years, and was eligible to receive 3 years of open work permit after graduation. However, my passport didn`t have sufficient validity at the time i was applying for the work permit. I was told i can apply for the extension once i renew my passport. I have my new passport and was filing up the questionnaire i'm not quite sure which of these options are the best suitable for my situation ?
