Questions about Open Work Premit for my spouse

Hello everyone,

I am a full-time international student in Canada, and I got married last May in my own country.

My husband is also an international student, but he already graduates from the university and starts working in Canada one and half years ago.

Now the problem is his work permit will expired at next year.

I search on the CIC website and learn about that he can apply the open work permit if I am an international student.

But I still confused about the process. Because I cannot find any application about the OWP on the CIC website, so I do not know what kind of documents I should provide.

I would really appreciate if anyone can give me some information or advices about the open work permit.
