well, i presume you can't either make 67 points or you don't have enough experience for ministerial skill job to qualify.
See if it is possible to go there using a working holiday visa and try get a job and then maybe convert that to a PNP if possible.
Or go study there and then apply under CEC.

What about the form that you have to submit to show that you have enough money to support yourself?
Considering that they ask you to mail the form so early during the application process, how do they know that you won't spend
that money while the form is being processed?
bank statement, and couple of other options.
They dont know you wont spend the money but when you land, you have to have that money. if you don't, you can't land. thats my understanding anyway.

How much money should one have in the bank before they apply? the Quebec website says for a single person it should be about $3000
what do you think?
i only know about FSW 1. For one person, it is 10800 CA$ (or around there).
