In the PR application, the guide indicated that no fields should be left blank and that I should use not applicable wherever a question doesn’t apply to me. I noticed that in the citizenship application guide, question 5 says, If you do not have a given name, leave this field blank. Do not enter “*”, “Not applicable” or “NA”. Is that only for the ‘given name’ cell or the entire question? i.e. should I still put Not Applicable for 'family name' and 'why was this name used' cells?

In Question 7, if I do not have a unit/apt number since it is a house address, should I add NA (house) in this field or leave it blank?

For question 5; if you don't have a given name, leave it blank.

For question 7; leave the unit/apt number blank.
