Question regarding "Two or more certificates, diplomas or degrees. One must be for a program of three or more years."

Hello all,

I want to know if I can select this option: "Two or more certificates, diplomas or degrees..." or not for my CRS points calculation. I have a Bachelor's Degree from India which is WES approved and I have a Post Graduation Certificate for a 8 months course from Canada. So, does my profile qualify for 'Two or more certificates, diplomas or degrees'?
