Hi,
Per WES ECA evaluaiton I have diploma (two years) and bachelor's degree (four years). Can someone advise that whether I am entitle for "Two or more certificates, diplomas or degrees. One must be for a program of three or more years" ?

Yes you will get points for two or more degrees.
