Question Regarding Reentry with a visitor Visa

My girlfriend just got approved for a visitor visa extension, but she wants to go back to brazil for 3 weeks then come back to Canada. Will her Visa allow for this?

What is a visa counterfoil? Her Visa Expires 8-30-2018 and she wants to return to Canada May 20th. So if this is the case she'll be fine to travel to Brazil and buy tickets to come back to canada?

Assuming you meant "visitor status extension" instead, once she leaves Canada, her extension will be voided, and she will be reassessed on a new visit when she re-enters Canada.
