My spouse's brother has obtained a PR in the last 1 year, but has visited Canada only for 5 days and is not presently residing in Canada. Can I put his name in my EE application (I am the primary applicant) as spouse's sibling who has PR to get additional points? He has a bank account in Canada but no residence proof.
He has to currently reside in Canada for you to get additional points.
