Hello everyone 
I am a citizen of Taiwan. I am about to apply for my study permit; however, my professor asks me to meet him in Canada for scholarship and our future research project as soon as possible. Since Canada offers Taiwanese tourists visa free privilege, can I apply for the study permit, take the medical exam, and then fly to Canada to meet my professor for couple of weeks? When I receive my study permit, I will then go abroad and re-enter Canada with my study permit. Will I have difficulty in entering and re-entering Canada? Confused.
