Please verify my information, if it's correct or wrong.

1. SIN Card.
I should keep this at home and only remember my SIN number. An employer only needs to know my SIN number and will never try to take physical possession of my SIN Card. The moment I receive my SIN number, I am allowed to work, even without a physical SIN Card yet.

2. PR Card.
I should keep this at home. I should only bring this when leaving Canada, so I can show it to the Canadian Immigration when I come back to Canada. An employer should never need to take physical possession of my PR Card, since they only need my SIN number.

3. Health Card.
I should bring this with me all the time, so that when I need to go to the hospital for treatment, I can show it to the hospital.

4. Driver's License.
I should always bring this with me, even when not driving as this can serve as my general-purpose ID.

Everything you have written is pretty much correct!!! :)

Employers will ask a copy of your PR card or health card to prove your PR status in Canada.
Carrying health card all the time means a risk of loss - not necessary.
