I just landed as PR sometime back, have not yet gotten my new SIN number.

I also recently married. Will CRA automatically be notified with my new SIN number? And then is it better to update CRA with change in marital status after I get my new SIN? Question is because I am wondering what SIN number my wife should use for me when she is also updating her marital status - my current SIN or new SIN (which I have not gotten yet).
