Hello All,

I recently got the passport request letter for my study permit application and will submit the passport in person at the New York VAC. However, I will not be able to pick up the passport myself. I plan to ask one of my friends to do that, and I am a little bit confused about the process.

According to https://www.vfsglobal.ca/canada/usa/how_to_apply.html#, when submitting the passport, I will need to submit also 2 copies of the TT Services Consent Form. And when picking up, the authorized person(my friend) needs to bring another TT Services Consent Form.

So my questions are:

In the 2 copies of the TT Services Consent Form submitted by me, should I fill the second page to let the VAC know someone else will be picking up the passport in the future?

Please help,
Thanks
