Question on Spousal Open Work Permit.

Hello everyone,

I am an Open work permit holder and recently joined full time employment in Toronto. I am applying Spouse Open Work permit for my wife and have following questions.

1: Can anyone please share me a sample of Letter of Intent? And explain what topics to be covered in a letter?

2: Can I apply once I get my 1st paystub. Or need to wait untill in get 3-4 paystub and apply for visa?

If on a PGWP you need 3 pay stubs and a job in NOC 0, A or B to apply.
