Question on relevant experience and education requirements for self-employed person.

Hello everyone and PMM,

Please help me by giving your opinion on whether I am eligible for "Self employed person" or not. I'm not so sure on this.

I work as freelancer graphical artist on various internet sites, but i dont have official documents about this activity. All what i can show is my freelance accounts and story of my work on these sites". Can it be considered as relative experience required for self-employed person?

Also, i have a 5 year university law education and 5 years of work in jurisprudence field.
But now i work as freelancer graphical artist in internet without official document about my artist education.
Can my law education diplom work as requirement for self-employed person?
