Question on OINP and PNP's in general

Hello fellow members, i had submitted my EE profile on July 07 2016, i do meet FSW criteria only and i have 474 CRS. When i was submitting profile i did select all provinces and territories, i did not get letter of interest from Ontario, but i went on OINP website and seems like i do qualify for Human Capital priorities stream.
Is OINP open ? What did i miss ?

Nationality:Ukrainian:
Education: Masters in computer enginnering (2007)
IELTS CLB9
Foreign work experience:3 years in NOC2242
Canadian work exp: none
Relatives in canada:none
Job offer from Canadian employer: none

Spouse:
Age:33
IELTS:clb7
Education:masters
Work exp: 3 years


Am i missing something? Can i apply for any other PNP's with information provided ? Thank you

Wow! What a brilliant persons u r! Like super computer. IELTS 9 Bands, CRS 474, excellent. U must apply for SINP WITH NOC 2171, most demanding NOC. SINP IS the quickest and easiest. Many 325 CRS applicants are enjoying within 6 months. I will send u the important threads.. . U can also check Morden Immigration.

The problem is that i have recent experience in NOC2242 , and have experience from 10 years ago working as network engineer. In the list of occupations there i don't see my NOC for even 10 year experience.

I had worked as Network Engineer in Ukraine for 2 years, but i can't really match it to NOC2171

The problem is that i have recent experience in NOC2242 , and have experience from 10 years ago working as network engineer. In the list of occupations there i don't see my NOC for even 10 year experience.

I will send u only 4 lines to add on your Job Ref. Letter to paste with your existing duties, u must do that, then u can go for 2171. After that within 6 months u can get PR. They only check your Job duties and don't bother about Job titles.

Did u check NOC 0213. It is also in SINP List.
