Question on Intra Company Transfer to Canada

Hi - Just wanted to check if there is any specific educational qualification requirement for Intra Company transfer to Canada from India. I am working for an It company and company is looking at me for sending me to Canada for managing Operations there. I am not a graduate and does not hold a Bachelor's Degree. Will I be able to qualify, though I have worked with the same company for 5 years at a Supervisory role and have a strong work experience of 14 years
