Question of Section 9E and 11 in the form CIT0002

For Section 9E:
It says "* this section need to be completed by applicants choosing precious LINC results as proof of language"
Since i did not take LINC, I will provide CELPIP_G test result as proof.
My question is, do i still need to tick the NO box? Or should i leave it as empty?
How do you guys handle this section? I prefer cross out the whole section with a line, and write N/A with a black ink pen.

For Section 11:
Since i finished the frm by myself, i ticked NO to the question"Did you receive assistance in completing this form". Do i still need to mark N/A n the blocks of section 11? or shoyld i just leave them as empty?


I ask these two questions bcoz the gide says: DO NOT leave ANY block as empty. Instead, we should mark N/A if not applicable.
