Question 6D:Since I am a citizen of another country, I am automatically this country's permanent resident. So should I answer yes or no to this question?
Question 9E:I will submit my post-graduate degree certificate and completed transcript in Canada as proof. So I think I should answer no?
For 6D, I answered No. I considered this question to be asking if you have a status similar to a PR in Canada. If, for example, you have the US permanent residency (green card), you should answer yes.
No. That's like saying that since you're an adult you're automatically also a teenager. Permanent Residency is a legal category distinct from citizenship. If you are a citizen, you are not a PR. When you go for your Cdn citizenship ceremony, you will relinquish you PR card (if you have one.)
