Question FOR Application/profile details

Hi , this is the application for the pr under ee ,after the ITA

under Application/profile details - Immigration history and citizenships - Unique Client Identifier (UCI)

My son is Canadian citizen , he dont have any UCI , whatever i did , leave the answer blank or fill with 00000000 ,after save & exit , the Status always in progress,

Do you guys know what i can do to put the form as complete ?
