After ITA application UCI number?

I'm filling in the details off my application under the section 'personal details'. When I get to the section Immigration history and citizenships. It keeps asking for my UCI number.
I don't have a UCI number but the system keeps telling me 'in progress'.

I already tried putting in some 00000000. But that won't work. Anybody know why it keeps asking me for a UCI number?

I did not apply before so i stated no.

No, but PA is my partner (I'm spouse) and she did. Leaving it blank didn't work.

Then she needs to insert the ref number she had with CIC before. You both just fill one application right?

Indeed, same application. But on my spouse form it keeps asking the UCI number. I never had one but she does have one.
I will try putting in her's.

Like i said, leave it blank.

Dear Minid,
I got the same situation like you.
I said yes to question ("Has i applied to IRCC") assuming creating EE profile in past is application to IRCC. In fact, I never applied before to IRCC for any visa or work permits etc. I will correct it in eAPR with LOE and say No to above question.
Now in eAPR, system keeps asking UCI. If I leave blank for me (PA) it shows complete while for my spouse and son it keeps saying "in progress" even if i leave blank.
How did you handle it. Should I leave it blank even though system say "in progress" !! and with "in progress" would I be able to submit eAPR.
Kindly advise.
