Can you go for upfront medical exam before getting an ITA? And can you actually pass the medical exam before ITA?
Yes. Just tell them that you are EE candidate. Take your passport, glasses and any prescription you may have
If you think that you will receive a ITA soon, go for it!

Thank you both. But can you even pass the exam before submitting an application? I want to make sure about medicals before even submitting and paying for an application.

You MUST take the medicals before submitting your eAPR.
