My aunt has CA citizenship and now living in BC. I think I can get extra 5 points with her help.
In the checklist, the doc mentions I have to prepare for the photocopies of my aunt's CA passport and the "Proof of Residency".
Is it possible that my aunt scanned her documents then I print them out on my computer? Or does she has to copy the docs and mail to me?

1. Scans are fine, but you need a copy of her birth certificate showing her parents and copy of your parent that she is sister of, showing same parents. her marriage certificate, and proof she is living in Canada, rental receipts, income tax etc.
If she is married, her documents (passport, pr card etc) will be in her married name most likely, so you have to show the change of name through marriage.
