Did anyone here have a score below 400 but was able to submit their EE profile? And eventually got a nomination? I'm helping my brother and his family with their application and when we submitted it, it said "profile ineligible." Their CRS is at 348.
My hunch is that it's because of their IELTS scores.
My brother's IELTS:
L - 7.5 | R - 7.0 | W - 6.0 | S - 6.5 | OAB - 7.0
Sister-in-Law's:
L - 8.5 | R - 9.0 | W - 5.5 | S - 7.0 | OAB - 7.5
You need minimum 6 on all the sections to be eligible for EE

Even if it's not the principal applicant who has the problematic score?
You will need to make sure that the minimum requirements of either CEC, FSWP, or FSTP are met. You can not submit an Express Entry profile without first meeting the minimum requirements of one of the programs.

They were eventually able to submit their profile. As it turns out, they forgot to include their ECA details previously.
