Hello All,

I am starting to collect all the required documents in order to full-fill the document checklist for the express entry process, I have a question about the police clearance certificate.
It states that I need to get the PCC from each of the country that I have lived from the age of 18 for more than six months, now I have lived in India (Hyderabad and Bangalore) and currently living in Dubai.

For the police clearance from India, do i have to get the clearance from both the cities Hyderabad and Bangalore or just Hyderabad because that is the address listed in my passport.
From Dubai I can get it easily so no issues. I just had this one question about the PCC from India.

Can someone please clear this for me?

One pcc per country.

ahh! this surely helps!
Getting stuff done from a different country for work in India is so much easier! Getting done work in India sure turns out to be a pain!

Thanks All

Hello, one question.

It states: Need PCC for a place you have lived more than 6 months. How about if i have stayed in a country more than 6 months, but was always short stays?
As tourist?

I will also need PCC from that place? Never studied or worked there, just travel and visit friends.

Thanks.

You'll still need the PCC.

Ok i guess i need.

For another one, I have lived in China for around 2 years, working there.
As i live just next to there i went some weekends to visit friends, travel... after that period.
My question is:
If now i get the PCC from China, it will be for the period i was living there? Or will also counts the times i went as tourist (maybe 20 days in total)?
If after get the PCC i go again for a weekend? Or even to get back the PCC, i would need a new PCC? Or i only will need a new PCC if i stay for more than 6 months after i receive the PCC?
Thanks to everyone.

The PCC will cover your record until the very last day that you were present in China- whether that was as a tourist or a resident is immaterial. It will be valid indefinitely as long as you have not returned to China after that date.

The problem is that i need to go back to China to get the PCC. As since the moment when i apply it takes around a week.
