Need help with Police Clearance Certificate for Express Entry

Hi,

I am from India.

I am currently working in Hyderabad and I am leaving for Bangalore next week to start a new job.
My passport was issued in Delhi and that's where my current permanent address is.

How should I go about getting Police Clearance Certificate?

Can it be done in Delhi? That would be easier for me.

For Bangalore, I definitely don't have any address proof.
For Hyderabad, I have address proof as tenant for my apartment but I am unable to get an appointment at Hyderabad Passport office. It's somehow asking me to book for Delhi Passport office locations only. I feel it's a bug in passport office website. Please help.
