Question about Open Work Permit under inland Spouce Sponsorship

Hello guys, I'm confused about the OWP under inland Spouse Sponsorship
when I submitted the PR application, I paid the fee of OWP but there is no more option for me to either select or provide more information.
Dose IRCC automatically gets the OWP request or do I have to apply a separate OWP application again?
I got AoR letter recently, do I need to apply for another one refer to this page

You need to wait for AOR of your online sponsorship application (and you did receive it) . Then you can apply for OWP. You can use the payment recipe when you paid the OWP.
The sponsorship application doesn't automatically include the OWP.

Actually, I also have some questions about the OWP application

In the instructions, It is requested to upload the marriage certificate to IMM5707, however, there is no such option to upload in the application.

Does anyone have ideas about that?

I just received a Temporary Application No, Can I use this number to apply for my OWP?

I'm not an expert but you can apply for the work permit once you receive your AOR letter, make sure the one with the temporary application number is AOR then you can.

Search on the forum and I think there are a few posts that have detail step on how to apply OWP online after AOR.
I did that via paper form a while ago. So I can't really help on the actual steps.
