I was able to link my own PR card application (principal applicant) to myCIC account. However, I wasn't able to link the PR card application of my dependant to myCIC account. May I ask does each dependant has their own PR card application, or my PR card application actually covered everybody in my PR application?

Then I suggest calling CIC up? Did you manage to get SIN number successfully? The reason I ask is my daughter had a problem with her SIN and actually there was a slight issue with the process when we did our landing. The officer didn't complete it. So I also couldn't link her card. Called CIC and they found the issue and they fixed it. After about a week I could link hers.
Please share the contact of CIC customer service for calling inside Canada.
I successfully able to linked my application and dependents PR card applications; even-then I didn't got update/additional document request notification in my application area. I got email to resubmit the photographs. In email they didn't mentioned the name of any applicant for which they are asking to resubmit the photographs. So, I am not sure either they are asking for my photographs or my dependents photographs as well.
