Question about ITA - Sept 5, 2018 Draw

Hello,

I submitted my EE profile on Aug 24, 2018 with CRS is 456.
Sept 5, 2018 (13:10:19 UTC) invitation draw shows cut off is 440.
However, I still have not received ITA. Is there something I am missing?
Was really hoping to get an ITA in this round.
Please let me know your feedback.

For what must be the thousandth time... It can take up to 24 hours to receive ITA.

Actually boss, we've lost count. Hopefully we older guys in the forum stop replying to such questions and set an example.

It's ridiculous now. A simple search would give the answer. Same question every draw!
